Document Management System (DMS) is an application for managing the orders for the company in different phases and also providing the facility to the client for monitoring the order and getting the status. The objective of DMS is to make the Work flow completely computerized.

DMS system has helped to overcome the problems related to management issues ,tracking the status of the job etc. Security is also provided by the System giving limited privileges to user depending on their designation when user logins. Due to which when a user logins only those jobs are visible which is allocated to him/her and thus reducing the access rights . By this system the time work done by employees are reduced and lot of paper work is reduced. The chaotic tasks like passing the job from one user to another, maintaining the files, tracking the orders, search for the priority are reduced and there is smooth transaction of workflow. The system saves time and man power.
